"Leading Solutions in Sustainability Reporting, and Verification"

GREENHOUSE GAS LEAD AUDITOR TRAINING

This training is recognized by Exemplar Global and After successfully passing the exam, certificate is preparing and sending to attendees.

LEARNING OBJECTIVES

The training will analyse ISO 14064-1, 14064-2 e 14064-3, and ISO/TR 14069 related standards requirements as well as methods and tools for their implementation.
Moreover, it will deepen ISO 14067 principles, requirements and guidelines for the quantification and reporting of the carbon footprint of a product (CFP), in a manner consistent with International Standards on life cycle assessment (LCA) (ISO 14040 and ISO 14044).
Moreover, the training will analyze ISO 14066 (Competence requirements for greenhouse gas validation teams and verification teams) and ISO 14065 General principles and requirements for bodies validating and verifying environmental information.

TARGET AUDIENCE

This training is designed for specialists and auditors aiming to qualify as third-party LA/A for verification and validation of Carbon Footprint of products and services, GHG (Greenhouse Gases) accounting projects and organisations.

  • Introduction to ISO 14066 – Greenhouse gases — Competence requirements for greenhouse gas validation teams and verification teams.

Key Course Objectives

This course builds on ISO 14064-2 Essentials course and is intended to give a detailed understanding of greenhouse gas projects to project developers and practitioners. In this course students apply their knowledge of ISO 14064-2 by creating an actual GHG project through the use of a series of exercises and two detailed case studies to ensure a practical, hand-on approach to facilitate the learning process.

Course Elements

This course will explore the following concepts in detail:

  • Planning the GHG Quantification
  • Good Practice Guidance
    Describing the
  • Project
  • Identification of SSRs relevant to the Project
  • Determining the Baseline Scenario
Baseline SSRs and Monitoring vs. Estimating
Quantification of GHG Emissions and/or Removals
    Monitoring and Managing Data Quality
    Preparing a GHG Assertion
